Site Installation Process
Unloading, sorting and checking fabricated steel against packing list and drawings.
Survey of column base positions against design coordinates before erection.
Column setting, beam installation and bolted connection assembly.
Dimensional survey, plumb check and structural handover documentation.
IS 800 erection tolerances. Method statement and lifting plan prepared for every project. All lifting equipment inspected and certified. Safety officer on site during erection. Structural completion certificate on handover.
