My Steel Fabricators

Steel Fabrication Workshop in India, Based in Hyderabad

Our steel fabrication workshop in IDA Jeedimetla, Hyderabad is where every girder, column, truss and pipe rack we supply is cut, welded, inspected and painted. Keeping all of that under one roof means we control quality from the first plate cut to the last coat of paint, and our clients deal with one team instead of a chain of subcontractors.

What we fabricate in the workshop

The workshop handles structural and heavy steel for industrial plants, bridges and infrastructure: plate girders, built-up columns and beams, pipe racks, roof trusses, PEB frames, foot over bridges and crane girders. We work in plate from 6 mm up to 100 mm thick for heavy fabrication.

How work moves through the workshop

  • Cutting and preparation. Plates are profile-cut and edge-prepared to the approved shop drawings, with heat numbers tracked from the mill certificate.
  • Fit-up and welding. Qualified welders work to approved WPS and PQR records, using SAW for long runs on thick plate and SMAW or MIG where access is tight.
  • Inspection. Our own Level II technicians carry out UT and MPI on critical welds, and dimensional checks are recorded before any member leaves the bay.
  • Blasting and painting. Steel is shot blasted to Sa 2.5 and painted to the project system, with dry film thickness recorded.
  • Marking and dispatch. Every member is marked to match the erection drawings and dispatched as a numbered kit to sites across India.

Paperwork that travels with the steel

EPC and PMC teams receive mill test certificates, weld and NDT records, dimensional reports and painting records with each consignment. Our fabricator credentials page lists what we can submit at tender stage.
